SOCIAL PRACTICE OF THE LANGUAGE: EXCHANGE EMOTIONS AND REACTIONS CAUSED BY A TELEVISION PROGRAM.

EXPECTED LEARNING:

v  Examine television programs.

v  Interpret general sense and some details.

v Write notes about emotions and reactions to participate in an exchange of views.

  v  Share emotions and reactions.

ACTIVITY 1.  Check the emojis and the list of feelings and emotions, review which of the emojis correspond to some of the feelings or emotions enlisted in the chart. 

-Write the feelings which you decided to match with the emojis under each one of them, if you print the charts or if you draw them on a notebook.

- You can use this material to make a memory game.

MEMORY GAME

Make cards with each of the emojis and feelings you selected from the list when you finish it, you can use the next instructions to play the game. 

(If you are an english teacher I recommend you to form teamworks and give extra points to each of the winners.)

Activity 2. Play the video and make pronunciation practice of the feelings mentioned in it, answer to the questions during the video

-Make sentences using the feelings of the video use the next sentence model to complete the exercise.

EXAMPLE:

I feel (emotion or feeling) when_________________.

I feel happy___ when I practice my favorite sport.

Activity 3.  Complete the next sentences using the word bank. 

Activity 4.  Review the next interactive image, check the vocabulary and take notes about it on your notebook.

- Position the arrow over the icons and click on them to make the vocabulary appear or use your finger to touch it if you are using any other device instead of a laptop computer or desk computer.

-Check the vocabulary and write it on your notebook.

- Review the different tv shows and how they are named.
